摘　　要：树脂法回收腈纶生产废水中的NaSCN具有过滤介质消耗低、环境污染小的特点。但是废水中如果存在固体悬浮物,就会堵塞树脂的孔道,导致树脂分离性能下降。文章根据实验室研究和生产实践,总结出了一套腈纶废水预过滤的操作方法,对生产实践具有重要的指导意义。The process of recovering NaSCN in acrylic fiber wastewater with resin method is filter material reserved and environment friendly. However, solid suspended matters in wastewater may jam the orifices of resin and thereby cause decrease of separation performance of resin. This paper summarized a set of operation methods for pre filtering of acrylic fiber wastewater based on lab research and production practice, which is of guiding significance for production practice.
