黄芩苷-Fe(Ⅱ)配合物的合成与表征

摘　　要：合成了黄芩苷-Fe(Ⅱ)配合物。采用正交实验法优化合成条件,选定在质量分数为60%的乙醇-水溶液中,pH值为9,水浴温度65℃条件下进行合成。通过元素分析和原子吸收光谱分析确定其组成为Fe(NaL)2.5H2O,并利用红外吸收光谱和紫外吸收光谱、TG-DTA等对配合物进行了表征,结果表明所合成的为目标产物。Abstract： The synthesis and characterization of a complex of baicalin with iron（ Ⅱ ） are reported. An orthogonal test was used to optimize the conditions for the synthesis of the baicalin-iron（ Ⅱ） coimplex. The optimal conditions were found to be baicalin： iron（ Ⅱ ） = 1：1.5 （mole ratio）, iron（ Ⅱ） ： ascorbic acid = 1：1.5 （mole ratio）, with the reaction carried out under stirring at 65 ＊（2 and pH 9 for 6 h. The yield of tht baicalin-iron（ Ⅱ） complex was 53.05 % under the optimal conditions. The baicalin-iron（ Ⅱ ） complex was characterized by elemental analysis, TG-DTA, IR, UV-visible and AAS spectroscopies.
