摘　　要：采用多种试剂及仪器,分析刺五加叶中氨基酸、无机元素、总糖、黄酮的含量.结果测定出了刺五加中氨基酸、无机元素、总糖、黄酮的含量,为刺五加质量控制新模式提供了参考.It is to analyse the content of amino acid,inorgaic elements , total sugar, flavonoids of leaves of Acanthopanax seticosus （Rupr.Et Maxim.） Harms to ditermine the content by using many kinds of reagents and apparatus.It also comes to the conclusion： The method can be used for new model of the quality control of Acan thopanax.seticosus （ Rupr,Et Maxim.） Harms.
