摘　　要：文章简述了网论信息环境对高校图书馆的影响;着重分析了高校图书馆在人员组成结构、知识结构、年龄结构、图书馆队伍建设几方面所存在的问题;指出了网络信息时代高校图书馆人员继续教育的必要性;提出了目前对高校图书馆人员实施继续教育的形式和途径。This paper cxplains thc cffcct of internet information environment on university libraries; especially analyzes problems existing in university libraries in terms of personnel composition structure, knowledge structure, age structure and library personnel construction; points out the necessity of continuing education for the university library personnel; puts forward forms and ways of carrying out continuing education among university library personnel at present.
