美罗牛黄宁宫片合并利培酮维持治疗精神分裂症的疗效

摘　　要：目的比较美罗牛黄宁宫片合并利培酮与单用利培酮维持治疗精神分裂症的疗效和安全性。方法117例精神分裂症,58例入治疗组,59例入对照组。治疗组用美罗牛黄宁宫片18片／天, 原利培酮剂量减半,对照组原利培酮剂量维持不变。两组病例均采用PANSS、CGI、中医症候辨证评分表及TESS观察8周。结果根据PANSS减分率评定,治疗组有效率为43．10％,对照组为43．68％,两组比较P>0．05。治疗组的中医症候评分(痰火,肝郁,阴虚)治疗前后有显著性差异(P<0．01)。治疗组与对照组的不良事件发生率分别为27．6％,54．2％(P<0．01)。结论美罗牛黄宁宫片合并抗精神病药维持治疗精神分裂症具有疗效可靠,副反应小,安全性好等优点。Objective： To evaluate the efficacy and side effects of Niuhuangninggong tablet combined with risperidone compared with risperidone in the treatment of schizophrenia. Methods： llTpatients met Chinese classification and diagnostic criteria of mental disorder , 3nd Rev Ed, criteria for schizophrenia were assigned to Niuhuangninggong tablet combined with risperidone （ therapy group n = 58 ） and Risperdal group （controlled group n = 59） for 8 weeks . Efficacy and side effects were evaluated with PANSS, CGI, TESS, Chinese Medicine Symptom Scale. Results：According to the rate of PANSS total scores subtraction, there was no significant difference in response rate between the two groups （therapy group 43.1%, controlled group40. 68%, P 〉0.05）. Scores of side effect have significant difference between the two groups （therapy group 27. 6%, controlled group 54.2% P 〈 0.01 ）. After treatment Chinese Medicine symptom of therapy group have significant difference（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion ：Niuhuangninggong tablet combined with risperidone was effective and safe in the treatment of schizophrenia.
