摘　　要：目前护士培养过程的逻辑三步曲存在许多不足,而将护士培养过程的逻辑三步曲变为四步曲,建设护理临床教学基地,实施护理临床教学不仅能弥补上述不足,而且能全面提高护理教育的质量。处理好实际操作中的几个问题是顺利建设好护理临床教学基地,实施护理临床教学的可靠保证。There are quite a few disadvantages existing in the three logical steps of current nurse training courses： If the three logical steps can be changed into four, that is, to establish clinical nursing teaching bases and to teach clinical nursing are the fourth step, then the disadvantages will disappear and the teaching quality can be improved. The effective fulfillment of the fourth step mainly depends on dealing with several problems in practicing.
