酵母蛋白替代进口鱼粉饲养肥育猪试验

摘　　要：试验用酵母蛋白替代进口鱼粉进行饲养肥育猪试验。试验结果显示：按２５％、５０％、７５％、１００％来替代进口鱼粉与全鱼粉组对照，增重、料肉比均差异不显著（Ｐ＞０．０５）。Yeast protein was used instead of the imported fish meal to feed fattening pigs in this expemiment. The rusult showed that there was no significant difference in the weight-gain and the feed efficiency contrasted with the group of pure fish meal according to the yeast protein of 25 %. 50%.75% and 100% instead of the imported fish meal (P>0. 05).
