摘  要:目的:了解无锡地区晨练老年人的幸福度并分析其影响因素。方法:以158名长期参加晨练的老年人为研究对象,172名社区老年人对照,应用纽芬兰纪念大学幸福度量表(MUNSH)及老年人一般情况调查表进行调查,应用因子分析方法,析取影响幸福度的因素。结果:晨练老年人的幸福度高于一般社区老年人,影响其幸福度的主要因素为经济因素、人际关系、家庭支持、老年人情感活动因子等。结论:体育锻炼有利于提高老年人的幸福度。Objective: To evaluate happiness and its relevant factors of elderly who participate in morning exercise in Wuxi area. Methods: 158 elderly who participate in morning exercise and 172 elderly from urban area of Wuxi were investigated by Memorial U- niversity of Newfoundland Scale of Happiness (MUNSH) and general health status questionnaire. Factor analysis was used to study the relationship between Happiness and relevant factors. Results: The average level of happiness of study groups was higher than that of general social elderly, and they had advantage in psychological health. The factors of economic condition, interpersonal relationship, family support and affeet activity were negatively related to happiness. Conclusion: It is instnanental in increasing happiness of the elderly to participate in exercising.
