摘　　要：从内涵上看,生态效率化是中国共产党十六届五中全会规划建议的“十一五”时期我国经济社会发展的重要目标之一。要推进现代农业建设,发展高产、优质、高效、生态、安全农业,就必须追求生态效率,采取措施提高区域农业生产的生态效率,发展生态效率型农工一体化产业,培育生态效率型农户。Pursuing eco-efficiency is one of the goals of the fifth plenary session of the 16th Communist Party of China in the period of its ＂shiyiwu＂ plan, To realize the agriculture modernization in China, it＇s a must to develop eco-efficient. Developing the organic agriculture and industry, cultivating eco-efficient farming can develop the agriculture of high yield, high quality and high efficiency. All of these are reasonable and operable to realize the modern agriculture in China.
