大剂量免疫球蛋白对神经系统疾病的疗效观察

摘　　要：近８年来，对癫痫、脑动脉疾病及多神经根神经炎患者共２０２例，采用大剂量免疫球蛋白进行治疗；并设对照组作疗效评价。治疗组有效率８７．６２％，对照组有效率为５１．５６％，二者差异显著，Ｐ＜０．０１。说明免疫球蛋白治疗上述疾病优于传统的综合治疗，长期治疗无免疫抑制，治愈后复发率低。而且免疫球蛋白有解痉助智和增强抗感染功能，无明显毒副作用，亦无禁忌证。wo hunderd and two patients with epilepsy, cerebrovascular disease and polyradicu-loneuritis were treated with high-dose immunoglobulin for 8 years and control group was setup for evaluation of the curative effects. The effective rates of the therapeutive and controlgroups were 87.6 % and 51. 56 % respectively. The difference between the two groups wassignificant(P<0. 01).The effects of immunoglobulin on the diseases mentioned abovewere better than those of the complex treatment There was no immunodepression in theIongterm treatment and the recurrence rate was lower in the patients. The immunoglobulinhad spasmolysis, potentiation of mentality and anti-infective effects.
