食管癌患者康复期健康教育需求的调查与分析

摘　　要：[目的]了解食管癌患者康复期的健康教育需求。[方法]采用随机整群抽样的方法,对食管癌患者进行问卷调查。[结果]共发问卷168张,162张有效。其中表示需要健康教育的有72.2%,不同年龄、不同生存期患者对健康教育的需求差异有显著性,对健康教育的内容以提高生活质量知识的需求为最多。不同职业和不同文化程度需求的内容不同。[结论]食管癌患者康复期仍需要健康教育。应根据不同患者的需要相应提供有关疾病的知识,提高生活质量的措施,指导康复训练,提供咨询服务等。[Purpose ]Tn investigate the health education requirement in rehabilitative patients with esophageal cancer. [Methods ]A questionnaire survey was conducted among rehabilitative patients with esophageal cancer, [Results] There were 162 valid questionnaires among 168 questionnaires. 72% of the patients expressed requisite of health education. There was statistical significance on requisite of heahh education among patients at different ages and different educational levels . The most common requirement of patients was knowledge of improving quality of life. Patients at different educational levels and different occupation need different contents of health education. [ Conclusion ] Patients with esophageal cancer need health education at rehabilitation stage. The health education, such as the knowledge of related disease, the methods to improve the quality of life and rehabilitation training, and consultation service should be offered on a individualized basis.
