摘　　要：近年来人们对逆向物流活动的关注程度有所增加。本文认为,企业是否实施逆向物流实际上是企业与企业、企业与消费者、消费者与消费者、企业与政府之间的一场多方博弈,是否实施逆向物流活动正是企业、消费者、政府三方博弈的结果。只有企业具有长远战略眼光和社会责任,政府出台相应政策法规并严格监管,消费者提高健康意识和环保意识,才能使逆向物流活动顺利实施。In Recent years, people are increasingly concerned about reverse logistics. This paper considers wnemer enterprises implement the reverse logistics is a multi-game between enterprises, customers and government. We develop the models to educe whether implementing the reverse logistics is game. We also point out only if enterprises have the strategy of foresight and social responsibility, government comes on policies and laws and supervise strictly, customers increase health and environment protected consciousness, can the reverse logistic action implement all right.
