摘　　要：在分析娄底市旅游业实现后发赶超、跨越式发展的优势和劣势的基础上,提出了发挥优势、化解劣势、借助信息化手段等三个方面的对策,以形成具有地域特色的、科学合理的,重点包括产品结构、产业结构、区域结构、投资结构在内的旅游经济结构。Basing on the superiorities and inferior positions that Loudi＇s tourist industry realize high- speed development,thls thesis puts forward three measures that are giving play to superiorities and reconciling the inferior positions and drawing support from the information technology to form the scientific and reasonable tourist economic structure with region characteristics which centers on product structure and industrial structure and regional structure and investment structure.
