摘　　要：本文介绍了一种中药滴丸机的恒温恒压测控系统的原理。系统采用PLC全程控制,应用其内置的PID调节功能,借助触摸屏设置参数,对滴丸药液的温度及压强闭环控制。这种控制是确保中药滴丸的一致性和圆整性的必要条件。The principle of the constant temperature and pressure measure and control system of the drip pilling machine is introduced in this paper. This machine system was wholly controlled by the PLC, using the inner accommodating function and working with touch panel to completing supervise online and parameters setting, realizing closed loop control of the pill＇ s temperature and pressure. This is also the necessary condition of the consistency and circularity of pill＇ s quality.
