自体巩膜在羟基磷灰石义眼座植入术的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨羟基磷灰石义眼座植入术中使用自体巩膜的效果。方法自1999年5月一2005年5月，A组患者行眼球摘除及义眼座植入术30例（30眼），B组患者行眼内容摘除及义眼座植入术46例（46眼），C组患者行眼内容摘除及自体巩膜、义眼座植入术25例，随访6～12个月，平均10个月。结果手术后随访6—12个月，结膜伤口裂开A组11例，B组6例，C组1例。3组患者并发症发生率有显著差别。结论同时植入自体巩膜与羟基磷灰石，可以减少手术并发症，提高手术成功率。Objective To investigate the effects of hydroxyapatite implanting with autogeneic slera. Methods From May,1999 -May,2005, 30cases（30 eyes） were enbedded ophthalmectomy and hydroxyapatite intraorbital implantation in group A; 46 cases （46 eyes） were enbedded exenteration of eyeball and hydroxyapatite intraorbital implantation in group B; 25 cases were enbedded exenteration of eyeball and autogeneic slera, hydroxyapatite in group C. Follow - up 6 - 12 months, average10 months. Results The rate of three groups had significant difference. Conclusion Using autogeneic slera can reduce the rate of complication in hydroxyapatite implanting.
