摘　　要：目的观察玻璃体手术治疗高度近视性黄斑裂孔伴视网膜脱离的效果。方法高度近视性黄斑裂孔伴视网膜脱离患者25例（25眼），其中伴周边部裂孔者7例，黄斑白孔11眼。行玻璃体切除手术，联合眼内C3F。或硅油填充术，其中12例填充硅油，13例填充C3F8。结果随访3—6个月，20例术后视网膜复位，其中12例视力均不同程度提高，8例视力同术前。3例硅油取出术后和2例C3F8填充术后1个月再视网膜脱离。结论玻璃体手术联合C3F8或硅油填充术可以有效地提高高度近视性黄斑裂孔伴视网膜脱离的视网膜复位率.Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of vitreous surgery for retinal detachment of high myopic macular hole. Methods There were 25 eyes of 25 patients with retinal detachment of high myopic macular hole, associated with peripheral retinal breaks in 7 eyes and white macular hole in 11 eyes. After the vitrectomy giving G3 Fs or silicone oil filling, 12 eyes was filled with silicone oil, the other 13 eyes with C3F8. Results The follow - up time was 3 - 6 months. Detached retina was completely recovered in 20 eyes after vitreous surgery. Macular hole and periphral retinal hole were closed. The visual acuity of 12 cases increased in a different degree,8 cases no change. Retinal detachment appeared again in 3 eyes after the removal of silicone oil and in 2 eye after the C3F8 injection. Conclusion Vitreous surgery combined with C3 Fs or silicon oil tamponade is an effective treatment in retinal detachment of high myopic macular hole.
