摘　　要：用ＤＮＣＢ溶液瘤体内注射局部免疫治疗的方法，对携带Ｈ－２抗原的小鼠Ｅｈｒｌｉｃｈ实体瘤进行治疗。结果表明，局部免疫治疗可有效地抑制肿瘤生长，使瘤体逐步缩小，直至完全消退，小鼠寿命显著延长，得到治愈。同时可使小且获得抵抗同一肿瘤细胞株再次接种攻击的全身免疫力。病理组织学研究结果表明，瘤体内注射ＤＮＣＢ溶液既可直接引起瘤组织坏死，又可在瘤体局部产生具有细胞免疫反应特点的淋巴细胞浸润，说明该疗法既有非免疫机制作用也有免疫机制参与。We studied the therapeutic effects of intratumor injection of DNCB solution in mouse implanted tumor in order to investigate the mechanism of the antitumor activtiy.The results showed that multiple intratumor injection of DNCB solution destroyed the subcutaneous Ehrlich solid tumor in Balb/c mouse.Mice in the treated group survived h longer than those in the control group and gained a specific immunity resisting the rechallenge of the same tumor cell line.Histological studies demonstrated that,with pre-sensitization to DNCB,a single intratumor injection of DNCB solution produced large amount of tumor tissue necrosis,followed by lymphocytes infiltration at the tumor site,especially at the periphery of the tumor mass. It Is suggested that immunological mechanisms as well as non-immunological mechanisms are responsible for the antitumor activity.
