摘 要:本文首先从理论上分析了常用皮囊式蓄能器的蓄能机理以及能量损失产生的原因。找到了对应最大蓄能效率的蓄能器理想工作过程。往皮囊内填入不同材料能有效地改变皮囊内腔的等效比热等物理参数,实验显示填入高比热、低导热系数的材料能使蓄能器实际工作过程逼近理想工作过程,填入0.12kg的2#此类材料使蓄能器的压力损失Δp减少了32%~55%,损失功WL下降72%,从而找到了提高皮囊式蓄能器蓄能效率的简便低廉、效果显著而又无需改变蓄能器结构的途径。This paper described the reasons of the energy loss during working cycles of a rubber bag accumulator, and found out an optimum working cycle corresponding to maximum energy storage efficiency of the accumulator. Inserting different materials into the bag of accumulator was able to contribute much change to physical parameters inside of the bag, such as equivalent specific heat, coefficient of heat conductivity and so on. Experiments indicated that actual working cycles of the rubber bag accumulator became more close to the optimum one after putting materials with lower coefficient of heat conductivity and higher specific heat into the bag. Experiments showed that pressure loss would decrease (32-55)percent and work losses would decline 72 percent with 0.12 kg of 2# material inserted. This is a convenient, cheap and effective method to greatly improve energy storage efficiency of rubber bag accumulators without changing any structures.
