摘　　要：恶性肿瘤的侵袭与转移是一个复杂的多步骤过程,近年来的研究表明,基质金属蛋白酶(MMP)和组织金属蛋白酶抑制剂(TIMP)在肺癌的侵袭与转移中起重要作用,MMP、TIMP在肺癌组织中的表达程度与肺癌的病理类型、临床分期、淋巴结转移及预后密切相关,抑制MMP活性可能是肺癌治疗的新靶点。A complex series of steps must take place in tumor invasion and metastasis. According to recent studies, MMP and TIMP play an important role in the invasion and metastasis of lung cancer. MMP and TIMP expression levels in lung cancer tissue are closely correlated with pathological type ,TNM stage,lymph nod metastasis and prognosis of lung cancer. Inhibiting the enzyme activity of MMP might be a novel therapeutic target of lung cancer.
