口腔颌面修复重建外科近况

摘　　要：目的总结口腔颌面修复重建外科的最新进展。方法广泛查阅国内外文献,并进行综合整理分析其主要的创新点。结果从口腔颌面修复重建外科层面,近几年在采用血管化组织移植、人工材料、富血小板血浆、骨牵引成骨、骨折的微创技术治疗、关节成形技术、动力性修复以及计算机辅助设计等方面取得显著进展。结论在已取得成绩的基础上,口腔颌面的修复重建外科技术,尤其是个体化治疗,将会有更进一步发展。Objective To summarize the latest development of the oral and maxillofacial reparative and reconstructive surgery. Methods The literature at home and abroad was reviewed and the main creative concepts in this field were summarized and analyzed. Results In the terms of the oral and maxillofacial reparative and reconstructive surgery, the significant achievements were made in the following aspects： transplantation of revascularized tissues, artificial materials, platelet-rich plasma, distraction osteogenesis, microsurgery on fracture, arthroplasty, dynamic repair, and computer-assisted design. Conclusion Based on the previous achievements, the oral and maxillofacial reparative and reconstructive surgery will have a further development, especially in the individualized treatment.
