摘 要:目的:调查辽宁锡伯族及汉族发旋和发式两种遗传性状的基因频率,并进行民族间基因频率的比较。方法:于2004-10对沈阳市新城子区黄家乡锡伯族中学及兴隆台锡伯族中学的14~18岁中学生的发旋和发式进行调查,所有被调查者的父母为同一民族(锡伯族或汉族)。在排除有特殊变异类型者后获815份有效资料,其中锡伯族409名,汉族406名。①发旋:头顶靠后方中线处的螺纹即为发旋,螺纹顺时针的为右旋,是常染色体显性遗传;螺纹逆时针的为左旋,是常染色体隐性遗传。②发式:头发为波形发和卷发的是常染色体显性遗传,头发是直发的是常染色体隐性遗传。③检索与不同民族发旋、发式基因频率相关的资料进行对比。结果:815名全部进入结果分析。①发旋为右的基因频率:锡伯族0.4129,汉族0.4451;发旋为左的基因频率:锡伯族0.5871,汉族0.5549。②发式为卷的基因频率:锡伯族0.0210,汉族0.0224;发式为直的基因频率:锡伯族0.9790,汉族0.9776。③辽宁锡伯族与其他民族发旋比较u检验:辽宁汉族u=1.1221,湖北汉族u=2.2775,湖南汉族u=0.3898,湖南侗族u=7.4881,新疆维吾尔族u=1.1864,新疆哈萨克族u=0.0123,新疆柯尔克孜族u=7.2794,新疆塔吉克族u=0.0751。④发式辽宁锡伯族与其他民族发式比较u检验:湖南汉族u=0.1519,湖南侗族u=4.4686,兴安盟汉族u=3.9442,兴安盟蒙古族u=3.1119,兴安盟朝鲜族u=4.5011,内蒙鄂温克族u=3.3736,内蒙鄂伦春族u=3.0333,内蒙达斡尔族u=1.4779,阿盟蒙古族u=5.4042,巴盟蒙古族u=5.9548,阿盟汉族u=3.2196,巴盟汉族u=4.3181,新疆维吾尔族u=6.1518,新疆哈萨克族u=4.9921,新疆柯尔克孜族u=3.1008,新疆塔吉克族u=13.0587。结论:辽宁锡伯族及汉族两种遗传性状的基因频率无民族间差异,且在本民族内无性别间差异。但是与国内其他民族相比,辽宁锡伯族这两种遗传性状的基因频率确实与有些民族存在差异,且隐性基因AIM: To investigate two genetic traits: hair vertex and hair shape in Xibo and Han nationalities of Liaoning. The gene frequencies of the traits were compared between the nationalities. METHODS: In October 2004, a sample of 815 (409 Xibo nationality, 406 Han nationality) middle school students age from 14 to 18 was investigated after excluding the persons with special dissociation, and they were from the same nationalities live in Huangiiaxiang of Xinchengzi district and Xinglongtai of Shenyang, and their parents were the same nationality (Xibo or Han). ①Hair vertex: The hair whorl, behind the middle of the head top was called hair vertex. When the hair whorl was clockwise, the hair vertex was right vertex and it belonged to autosomal dominant inheritance; when the hair whorl was anticlockwise, the hair vertex was left and it belonged to autosomal recessive inheritance. ②Hair shape: One of the hair shapes was wave and curl hair, and it belonged to autosomal dominant inheritance; the other was straight hair, and it belonged to autosomal recessive inheritance. ③ Data of gene frequency of hair vertex and hair shape at different nationality were retrieved and compared. RESULTS: ①Totally 815 persons were involved in the result analysis. ① Gene frequency of right hair vertex: It was 0.412 9 and 0.445 1 in Xibo and Hart nationalities, respectively; Gene frequency of left hair vertex: It was 0.587 1 and 0.554 9 in Xibo and Han nationalities, respectively. ② Gene frequency of curl hair: It was 0.021 0 and 0.022 4 in the Xibo and Han nationalities, respectively; Gene frequency of straight hair: It was 0.979 0 and 0.977 6 in the Xibo and Han nationalities, respectively. ③ Comparison of hair vertex among Liaoning Xibo and other nationalities with u-test: That was Liaoning Han u=1.122 1, Hubei Han u=2.277 5, Hunan Han u=0.389 8, Hunan Dong u=7.488 1, Xinjiang Uigur u=1.186 4, Xinjiang Kazak u=0.012 3, Xinjiang Kirgiz u=7.279 4, Xingjiang Tajik u =0.075 1. ④Comparison of hair s
