摘  要:目的:研究B it1基因在正常卵巢组织和不同病理分级的卵巢癌组织中的表达。方法:应用组织芯片技术,通过免疫组织化学方法检测82例卵巢癌标本和78例正常卵巢组织标本中B it1基因的表达。结果:B it1基因在卵巢癌和正常卵巢组织中的弱阳性及阳性表达率分别为100%和33.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);B it1基因在不同病理分级的卵巢癌组织中的阳性表达率分别为:Ⅰ级,53.1%;Ⅱ级,28.1%;Ⅲ级,7.1%。统计学分析表明,B it1基因在Ⅰ级与Ⅱ级或Ⅲ级的卵巢癌组织中的表达存在显著的统计学差异(P=0.042,0.003),而在Ⅱ级和Ⅲ级中的表达则无统计学差异(P=0.143)。结论:B it1基因在正常卵巢组织中的表达明显低于卵巢癌组织,而且卵巢癌组织中B it1基因的表达与病理分级密切相关。Objective:To study the expression of Bit1 in ovarian cancer and normal ovarian tissues. Metheds:The expression of Bit1 in 82 ovarian cancer samples was analyzed by tissue microarray technology and immunohistochemistry,compared with 78 normal ovarian tissue samples. Resuits :The positive expression of Bit1 was observed in 100% of ovarian cancer and 33.3% of normal ovarian tissues, respectively. There was significant statistical difference between the expression of Bit1 in two kinds of tissues (P 〈0.01 ). The expression of Bit1 was observed in 53.1% ,28. 1% and 7. 1% of grade I,grade Hand m ovarian cancer tissues,respectively. Statistical analysis revealed that there was significant difference between the expression of Bit1 in stage Iand grade Ⅱor m ovarian cancer tissues(P =0. 042,0. 003),but there was no significant difference between the expression of Bit1 in stage Ⅱ and m ovarian cancer tissues(P =0.143 ). Conclusion:Bit1 is expressed differently in ovarian cancer and normal ovarian tissues,the expression of Bit1 in ovarian cancer has significant relationship with histological grade.
