摘 要:通过对10名体育教育专业二年级学生学习脚背内侧踢定位球技术的实践性研究,发现脚背内侧踢定位球的技术有其自身技术的特点。与传统的教学定义相比较,助跑最后一步步幅、支撑脚与球的距离及大腿后摆幅度、小腿折叠幅度在足球教学与训练中有其独特的价值,完全可以作为评价脚背内侧踢球技术专项水平的指标,且方法简单、效果显著、可操作性强。对于教学与训练方法的科学化和评价标准制定定量化,提供了实践性的依据。This study explores the practicality of the skill of instep inner edge place-kick practiced by ten second-year students in PE department. The finding reveales that the last stride of run-up, the distance between the prop foot and the ball, the back swing range of the thigh as well as the folding range of the shunk which can be used as standards to test of instep inner edge place-kick kill play an important role in the teaching and training of football. These standards are easy to operate and can bring about a striking effects. Meanwhile they provide a practical basis for the scientific merthod in the teaching and training of football.
