摘 要:依据生态承载力评价相关模型原理进行了系统设计,并以VisualBasic.NET为平台建立了水电梯级开发对生态承载力影响评估支持系统。系统实现了从基础指标构建、生态承载力评价到生态承载力净影响评价的完整计算过程,完成了评估过程的自动化。结合黄河流域青海片的实例,对系统的应用情况进行了说明。This paper aims to introduce the authors' assessment supporting system for the impact of continuous hydro-power station construction on the ecosystem carrying capacity. As we know, continuous construction of reservoirs has proved to be harmful to the basic form of ecosystem and the hydrographic conditions of a river, which often cause a series of negative impacts on the ecological carrying capacity in an area. Therefore, it has become an urgent need to develop a quick and precise assessing system to such impacts, According to the correlated assessment theories, the present authors have developed a state space method in evaluating the ecological carrying capacity and a supporting system for evaluating the impacts of such constructions on the ecological carrying capacity based on the Visual Basic NET. By designing the rock-bottom database, programming the computation and simulation model as well as modularizing the flow of evaluation, the paper has made the assessing system an entire comprehensive assessing process from establishing the basic indices, the computation of criteria and the actual assessment of ecological carrying capacity to the net impact evaluation of the ecosystem' s carrying capacity. This process can be done with a small amount of manual work. It is easy to turn such evaluation into an automatic convenient and impersonal assessment approach. Compared with the manual evaluation process, it can greatly reduce the labor and cut down the calculating error. As a result, the output of the system evaluation, such as charts and pictures, can be easily systematized and computerized. And in turn to be made into information and data available for further decision-making. As an example, the section of Qinghai Province in the Yellow River Basin is validated to verify the application of this assessment supporting system. Through the whole progress, the rock-bottom database, the weight of each index and the healthy criterion of each index ncett artificial check-in with the entire flow finished by the system
