摘 要:动态就地补偿是降低电网损耗,提高输配电效率的最佳方式之一。笔者构建了一种基于GPRS的新型电压无功补偿系统,并就系统中GPRS通讯方式、智能控制节点结构、交流电参量测量中存在的问题及其新的解决方案、系统软件可靠性设计进行了研究。实现了对电压无功的动态就地补偿, 降低了电网损耗,提高了电压质量。Dynamic compensation on the spot is one of the best manner of reducing power network loss, enhancing its transmission efficiency. In this paper, a new type of voltage reactive power compensation system based on GPRS is established. Several aspects are studied, including the communication method of GPRS, the construction of intelligent controlling nodes, the problems and the solutions in measuring AC parameters, and the reliability design of system software etc. In this way, the function of dynamic compensation to voltage reactive power has been realized, power network loss has been reduced, the network quality has been improved and the centralized management and monitoring of compensating device has been achieved.
