摘　　要：首先介绍了软件能力成熟度模型CMM(Capacity Maturity Model)的原理和方法,然后分析了瀑布模型的优缺点,并对瀑布模型进行了扩展,最后建立了CMM的一种新模型。The basic principles and methods of CMM is described in this paper, and then the advantages and disadvantages of the Waterfall Model. At the same time , the Waterfall Model is improved and extended by the author. At last, a new model is established base on CMM.
