摘  要:目的探讨早期肝纤维化时肠源性内毒素血症(IETM)对肝星形细胞(HSC)的活化有无影响。方法采用复合因子方法复制肝纤维化模型,同时加甘氨酸治疗组。饲养3周后,透射电镜下观察肝星形细胞在不同组间的活化情况,测定各组的血浆内毒素水平,同时也测定了肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)的水平。结果透射电镜下3周末观察到了HSC的活化,且肝纤维化组和甘氨酸组间HSC的活化程度不同,有IETM发生,且肝纤维化组和甘氨酸组间的内毒素含量有差异。结论早期肝纤维化发生时肝星形细胞的活化可能与肠源性内毒素血症有关。Objective To explore the relationship between intestinal endotoxemia(IETM) and hepatic stellate cell(HSC) in early hepatic fibrosis. Methods The fibrotic model of rats was established by complex pathogens. The animals were executed at the end of 3 weeks. The activation of HSC was observed with transmission electron microscope (TEM)in different groups. The samples showed the changes of plasma endotoxine and TNF-α respectively. Results The activation of HSC was observed at 3th week end with TEM, and there was a difference of HSC activation between hepatic fibrosis and glycine groups. Endotoxine and TNF-α contents in plasma were increased in both groups. There was a difference of endotoxine and TNFα contents between hepatic fibrosis group and glycine group. Conclusion IETM and the activitation of HSC occur in early hepatic fibrosis. There might be some relationship between IETM and HSC in early hepatic fibrosis.
