摘　　要：目的探讨鼻内镜下泪囊鼻腔吻合术。方法8例患者经鼻内镜下吻合鼻腔泪囊。结果术后随访3—24个月，7例患者治愈，1例患者好转。结论鼻内镜下泪囊鼻腔吻合术，具有手术损伤小，出血少，恢复快等优点。Objective To assess the endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy. Methods the 8 patients were operated by the nasoendoscope. Results they were followed up for 3 - 24 months,7 cases were successfully healed and one case was improved. Conclusion endoscopic daeryoeystorhinostomy is less damage,less bleeding and faster healing.
