FT207(方克)持续静滴联合多药化疗治疗消化道肿瘤安全性和有效性的观察分析

摘　　要：目的观察静脉持续滴注FT207(方克)治疗消化道肿瘤的安全性和有效性,探索FT207最佳使用方法。方法FT207起始剂量200 mg/d,然后分别予400、800、1000 mg/d分组,予2、5、142、1 d持续静滴,联合多药化疗,观察其安全性和有效性。结果剂量400、8001、000 mg/d,连续静滴51、4 d,安全,疗效肯定。结论FT207持续静滴治疗消化道肿瘤是安全的,开展随机对照临床试验比较此法与其他5-Fu制剂的疗效很有必要。Objective In order to obtain an optimal administration, continuously infused Tegafur was tested in the treatment of Gastrointestinal cancer. Methods Daily Tegafur was initiated at a dose of 200 mg and escalated to 400 mg, 800 mg and 1000 mg, respectively, and continuously infused for 2, 5, 14, or 21 days according to protocol. During all the processes, safety and efficacy were closely monitored. Results It revealed that daily Tegafur continuously infused at doses 400 mg for 14 days, or 800 - 1000 mg for 5 days was safe and effective. Conclusions Continuously infused Tegafur is safe in the treatment of gastrointestinal cancer; however, further investigation is warranted to compare this administration with other 5-Fu containing regimens.
