冬虫夏草抑制穿透性角膜移植排斥反应的临床研究

摘　　要：目的：探讨冬虫夏草对穿透性角膜移植的影响，方法：对ｉ９９０年１月至１９９５年５月施行穿透性角膜移植２１８例患者中６８例随机分为激素组和冬虫夏草组进行比较。结果：植片透明率虫草组为９１％（３１／３４），激素组为７０．５％（２４／３４）。两组比较差异有显著性（Ｐ＜０．０５）。虫草组排斥反应发生率为１７．５％（６／３４），激素组为３５％（１２／３４）（Ｐ＜０．０１）。视力０．３以上者虫草组７６％（２６／３４），激素组为５３％（１８／３４）（Ｐ＜０．０５）。用药后Ｔ淋巴细胞总数、Ｔ辅助细胞及Ｔ抑制细胞比用药前显著降低（Ｐ＜０．０５）。结论：冬虫夏草有较强的免疫抑制作用，与激素联合应用能强化免疫抑制作用。OBJECTIVE:Explore the effect cordyseps on penetrating keratoplasty.METHOD:68 cases from 218 cases of keratoplasty dated from Jan 1990 to may 1995 were randomly dividedinto the cordyceps groups and the cortisone group. RESULTS:The transparency ratios for thecordyseps group and the cortisone group Were 91%(31/34) and 70.5%(24/34) respectively. Thedifference is signiflcant(P< 0.05).The rejection ratio for two groups were 17.5%(6/34)and35%(12/ 34) respectively(P< 0.01).The percentages of the patients with visual acuity higher than0.3 are 76%(26/34)and 53%(18/34)respectively(P<0.05).After the treatment with cordyseps,the total lymphocyte count,T-helper and T-inhibitor cells decreased signiflcantly(P< 0.05)CONCLUSION: Cordyseps has strong immunosuppression effect and this effect can be strengthen bysimultaneously applying steroid.
