麝珠明目散治疗早期老年性白内障的短期临床观察

摘　　要：目的：评价麝珠明目散治疗早期老年性白内障的临床效果。方法：治疗组以麝珠明目散治疗早期老年性白内障９２例１６２只眼，对照组应用白内停治疗３０例５７只眼，治疗１～３个月。结果：治疗组总有效率７９．０１％，显效率２５．３１％，均明显高于对照组的３６．８４％和７．０２％。治疗组中随访的４２例患者进行４～８个月的观察，发现多数患者可在１～３个疗程中达到最高疗效。结论：麝珠明目散治疗早期老年性白内障可使大部分患者在１～３个月的疗程后增进视力，但晶体混浊无明显变化。OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the clinical effect of the treatment of early senile cataract by shezhu mingmu san,METHOD:A comparison was made between the treatment group,162eyes of 92 cases of early senile cataract treated by shezhu mingmu san,and the control group,57eyes of 30 cases treated by drops baineitini. The treatment periods were one to three months.RESULTS:The total effective rate for the treatment group is 79.01 %,the rate of obviously improving is 25.31 %. In the treatment group both are clearly higher than 36.84% and 7.02%of thecontrol group. After 4 to 8 months following up 42 case showed that most cases reached the bestcurative effect within 1 to 3 treatment courses.CONCLUSION:The effect of shezhu mingmu sanmay obviously improve in visual acuity ofearly senile cataract,but lens opacity was not changed.
