摘　　要：广播电视大学不同的类属特征决定了其教育服务品质的不同内涵。在新的历史条件下,只有提升电大系统的服务品质才能彰显特色。按着远程教育的消费特征,对远程教育进行优化教学服务和改进组织结构是提高电大服务品质的策略选择。Different content of service is obvious because of difference between CCTVU and traditional university. In face of competition , CCTVU must develop it＇ s quality of service . Based on the nature of distance education , im proving the instructional service of CCTVU and structure of CCTVU organization becomes the initial strategy.
