金芪降糖片的研究概述

摘　　要：金芪降糖片是依据传统古方、以现代实验药理学方法进行优化组合、经临床确证为安全有效的新型降糖药。研究证明本药能改善机体糖代谢和脂质代谢,恢复对胰岛素的敏感性,增强免疫功能。用于Ⅱ型糖尿病中属于中医诊断为气阴两虚并有内热证候的消渴病患者,效果明显。临床研究446例(其中对照组106例)表明,其降血糖总有效率为75%,显效率为38%。金芪降糖片对兼有高血脂的糖尿病患者也能起降脂作用。A new type of hypoglycemic,Jinqi tablet,was developed based on the formulation of the ancient recipt from traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)using modern pharmacological tests as guidance. It has been found that Jinqi tablet can improve carbohydrate and fat metabolism.restore the sensitivity to insulin and enhance the immunological function.Results of clinical study on 446 cases of Type Ⅱ diabetics(among which 106 cases are control ones)has shown that the gross effective rate is 75%.In diabetics with hyperlipemia,Jinqi tablet has also shown to have antilipemic action.
