摘　　要：根据逾千例重睑手术的临应经验，对目前在重睑术中采取的部分眶脂肪切除的做法提出看法。认为对外观臃肿的上睑可分多脂性、松弛性、肌性三型。据其特点每型在手术中应采取不同的方法，并提出对眶脂肪的部分切除要采取慎重态度，不提倡千篇一律的做法。The authors put fomard their views on the methods of partial excision of intraorbital fat in the double一eyelid surgery from clinical experience,consider that swollen eyelidn eyelid can be di-vided in to three types:adipose一riching,flaggy and muscular, and to choose respective method accord-ing to different,eyelid type, propose that one should be cautious in partial excision of intraorbital fat,not advocate a fixed all the same pattern.
