摘　　要：自主权一直以来都是高校的本质所在,而外事自主权是高校自主权的重要表现之一,我国现在对高校外事的探讨大多停留在案例分析上,很少从高校外事自主权的角度来阐述。笔者试图从对我国高校外事现状的描述中引申出外事自主权的问题,并探讨高校外事自主权和政府权力的制衡问题,以期对其做出较为全面、系统、深入的分析。Independence is essential for the existence of high education, especially in its external affairs. Researchers on college external affairs in China tend to limit their studies in description of ease studies only. This paper, from a view of the independence of external affairs, discusses the balance between the independence of the university and the power of the government.
