摘　　要：就鱼类卵巢发育和卵子发生中原始生殖细胞的起源、迁移和分化,卵黄物质的来源、积累及形成,滤泡细胞的发育过程与功能,卵膜的形成、变化,在卵巢发育时期和卵子时相的划分等方面的研究进行了综述,指出有关硬骨鱼类研究的前沿方向及研究技术方法和发展趋势.The most important questions on ovarian development and genesis of fish such as the primitive germ cell＇ s source, movement and differentiation ; yolk＇ s source, accumulation, and formation; follicle cell＇ s development and its function, chodon＇ s formation and changes; the stages of ovary phrases of oocyte, etc. were summarized in this paper.
