摘　　要：微血管重建是机体在血管闭塞状态下的病理生理性代偿反应。以改善缺血为目的,应用促血管因子、基因和血管祖细胞补充治疗已成为当前缺血性血管病治疗的研究热点。尽快恢复缺血区的血供,挽救濒死的神经元、神经胶质细胞和血管内皮细胞,是治疗缺血性脑血管病的关键。Angiogenesis is the pathologic and physiologic compensatory reaction of organism under the condition. The vascular endothelial growth factor and gene therapy have become the focus of research for treating ischemia. Restoring as soon as possible the blood circulation in the area affected by ischemia, saving the dying neurons, neuralgia cells and vascular endothelial are the key to eliminating ischemic cerebrovascular disease.
