摘 要:目的通过检测子宫内膜、输卵管、卵巢浆液性乳头状腙癌中E—cadherin、β-catenin和CD44v6的表达,初步探讨其与妇科浆液性乳头状腺癌生物学行为的关系。方法应用免疫组化法分别测定11例子宫内膜浆液性腺癌、8例输卵管浆液性乳头状腺癌、23例卵巢浆液性乳头状腺癌石蜡组织切片中E—cadherin、β-catenin和CD44V6的表达水平。结果E—cadherin及β-catenin在子宫内膜、输卵管、卵巢浆液性腺癌中表达下降,CD44V6呈低表达,在不同组织器官来源的浆液性腺痛中表达阳性率均无统计学差异。E—cadherin在Ⅰ、Ⅱ期妇科浆液性乳头状腺癌中的表达明显高于Ⅲ-Ⅳ期(P=0.011),不吲临床分期的肿瘤中β—catenin及CD44V6的表达差异无显著性。E—cadhefin、β-catenin及CD44V6的表达随组织分级的进展而降低,但均尤显著性意义。结论细胞粘附能力的改变可能为其共同的转移机制之一;E—cadherin与妇科浆液性乳头状腺癌侵袭性生物学行为相关。Objectives To analysis the relation between the expression of E - cadherin,β - catenin and CD44V6 in papillary serous adenocareinomas of the uterus, fallopian tube and ovary and the relationship with their biological behavior, Methods Iruruunehistochchemically exanfined the expression of E - cadherin,β - catenin and CC44V6 in paraffin - embedded tissue of uterine, fallopian tube anti ovarian serous adenocarcinoma, 11 endometrial cases, 8 fallopian tube cases and 23 ovarian cases were included in this study. Results E - cadherin was detected in 5 (45.5%) of endometrial carcinoma, in 3 (37.5%) of fallopian tube carcinoma and 10(43.5%) of ovarian carcinoma, β - catenin was detected in 9(81.8%) of endornetrial carcinoma, in 5(62. 5% ) of fallopian tube carcinoma and 20( 87.0% ) of ovarian carcinoma, CD44V6 was detected in 4 (36.4%) of endometrial carcinoma, in 3 (37.5%)of fallopian tube carcinoma and 12 ( 52.2% ) of ovarian carcinoma. None of these differences was significant. The expression of E - cadherin was less in patients with advanced stage( Ⅲ-Ⅳ) than those with stage Ⅰ and Ⅱ , the difference was significant( P = 0.011 ), Conclusion The expression of cell surface adhesion molecules in papillary serous carcinomas of the uterus, fallopian tube and ovary are similar, suggesting some common molecular mechanism of their siruilar biological behavior. E- cadherin is associated with biologic, al aggressiveness of malignant papillary serous gynecological carcinomas.
