摘　　要：本文采用聚合酶链反应(PCR)。限制性酶切和电泳分型方法,首次在109例中国人群中检测了血管紧张素原多态位点AGT_(235)的分布情况。AGT_(235)基因频率为0.7431,表现型频率为T_(235/255)0.5431;T_(235)/M_(235)0.4036,M_(235)/M_(235)0.0550。The distribution of angiotensinogen gene AGT_(235) polymorphism site was detected in 109 cases of Chinese population by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) restriction enzyme analysis and elec- trophoresis methods to determine the genotypes the results showed tht the gene frequence of T_(235) was 0.7431. The genotypes frequence T_(235)/T_(235) 0. 5413, T_(235)/U_(235) 0.4036_(235)/M_(235) 0.0550 and the populations was equelibrium for Hardy-weinberg law exam.
