摘　　要：Survivin属于凋亡抑制蛋白(inhibi-tion of apoptosis protein,IAP)家族,能够抑制凋亡和调节分裂。近年来的研究显示,Sur-vivin在人类正常分化组织中很少表达却特异性表达在常见的肿瘤,它的表达上调可预示肿瘤患者生存期缩短和预后不良。作为肿瘤分子标志物,尿中高水平的Survivin表达能够辅助膀胱肿瘤的表达。应用新近的分子生物技术可以抑制肿瘤细胞中Survivin的表达,从而诱导肿瘤细胞的凋亡。Survivin belongs to the inhibition of apoptosis protein （IAP） family, which can both inhibit apoptosis and regulate cell division. Recent researches showed that Survivin was expressed selectively in most human common tumors but not in normal adult tissue, and its up-regulation predicted the short survival and poor prognosis of tumor patients. As a molecular marker of tumor, high-level of Survivin helped detect the bladder cancer in the urine. The tumor cells could be induced to apototis easily after inhibiting the the expression of Survivin gene by the novel biology technology.
