摘　　要：为了探讨提高影像学对周围型肺癌病理类型的诊断准确率的方法。对193例周围型肺癌患者的2个临床特征和15个CT图象特征逐一进行量化,利用计算机影像计量诊断技术,对影响因素进行单、多因素分析,并对31例患者进行前瞻性应用研究。通过建立周围型肺癌的CT图象特征与病理分型的关系的数学模型,使其诊断符合率提高到70.9%。To investigate the means for improving the diagnostic accuracy of pathological patterns in peripheral lung cancer. Two clinical and 15 CT image characteristics in 193 patients with peripheral lung cancer were quantified according to computer demand and were analyzed with single-and multi-factor correlation analysis. Another 31 patients were studied prospectively with the result. The mathematical model of relation between CT image characteristics and pathological pattern was set up and its diagnostic accordance rate reached to as high as 70.9%.
