艾迪联合化疗治疗晚期肺癌的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：观察艾迪配合联合化疗与单纯联合化疗治疗中晚期肺癌的临床疗效。72例中晚期肺癌随机分为两组,艾迪配合联合化疗组(治疗组)和单纯联合化疗组(对照组)。结果:治疗组(37例)与对照组(35例)的近期疗效分别为51.4%和54.3%,临床症状改善率分别为67.6%和42.9%、生存质量改善率分别为70.3%和45.7%,两组在临床症状的改善和生存质量的改善方面差异有统计学意义,P值分别为0.035和0.019。初步研究结果提示,艾迪配合联合化疗治疗中晚期恶性肿瘤有助于临床症状的改善和生存质量的提高。The objective of this stugy was to investigate the efficacy of Aidi injection combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of middle to advanced lung cancer. A total of 72 patients were enrolled in this study and divided randomly into two groups. Thirty-seven patients received Aidi injection in combination with chemotherapy （the study group ）, and 35 patients received chemotherapy alone （the control group）. The response rates in the study group and control group were 51.4% and 54. 3%, respectively. The clinical symptoms and quality of life were significantly different between the two groups,P=0. 035,0.019. Aidi injection was helpful to improving the clinical symptoms and the quality of life for patients with middle to advanced lung cancer.
