摘  要:目的:观察丝裂霉素纳米微粒-碘油乳剂经动脉给药对兔肝肿瘤的疗效。方法:将丝裂霉素纳米微粒与碘油制成乳剂,建立兔肝VX-2移植癌改良模型并随机分为六组,经肝动脉分别注入生理盐水(NS)、碘油(Lipi)、游离丝裂霉素(MMC,0·4mg/kg)、游离丝裂霉素加空白纳米微粒(MMC+NP,0·4mg/kg)、丝裂霉素纳米微粒组(NMMC,0·4mg/kg)与丝裂霉素纳米微粒-碘油乳剂(Lip-NMMC,0·4mg/kg)。结果:经Lip-NMMC治疗的兔生存期显著延长,P<0·01;与其他各组相比对肿瘤生长的抑制更为明显,P<0·01;肿瘤坏死更广泛,更彻底。结论:与其他各组相比,Lip-NMMC经动脉给药具有更好的疗效。OBJECTIVE: To evalunte the therapeutic effects against rabbit hepatoma with mitomycin-loaded nanoparticles-lipiodol (Lip-NMMC) administered via hepatic artery. METHODS: Lip- NMMC was prepared by the interfacial polymerization method. Norreal saline, lipiodol, free mitomycin (MMC, 0. 4 mg/kg), mitomycin plus blank nanoparticle (MMC+NP, 0. 4 mg/kg), mitomycin-loaded nanoparticles (NMMC, 0. 4 mg/kg), and Lip-NMMC were injected respectively via the hepatic artery into six groups of rabbit VX-2 liver tumor models. RESULTS:The survival time was prolonged significantly in animals treated with Lip-NMMC, P〈0. 01. The tumor growth inhibition was more significant, P〈0. 01 and necrosis more extensive in comparison with animals received the others. CONCLUSION: Hepatic arterial infusion of Lip-NMMC is more effective compared with other prepartions.
