奥沙利铂联合5-氟尿嘧啶、亚叶酸钙治疗晚期消化道肿瘤的临床观察

摘　　要：目的 观察奥沙利铂联合5-氟尿嘧啶、亚叶酸钙治疗晚期消化道肿瘤的临床疗效及不良反应。方法 64例均有组织病理学诊断及可评价客观指标。采用奥沙利铂130mg／m^2dl，亚叶酸钙（CF）200mg／m^2＋5-氟脲嘧啶300mg／m^2d1～5化疗，3周为一周期，三周期评价疗效。结果 64例均可评价疗效和不良反应。CR4例、PR33例、SD19例、PD8例。其中胃癌有效率为55．9％，结肠癌68．7％。直肠癌50．0％。主要的不良反应为骨髓抑制，消化道粘膜反应，感觉神经毒性但发生率较低。结论 奥沙利铂联合5-氟脲嘧啶、亚叶酸钙治疗晚期消化道肿瘤有效率较高，不良反应可以耐受。Objective To evaluate the curative effect and toxicity of Oxaliplatin plus 5-fluorouracil, Leucovorin in treatment of Advanced Gastrointestinal Carcinoma. Methods 64 pathologically proved cases of gastrointestinal carcinoma were treated with intravenous infusion of Oxaliplatin 130mg/m2 on the first day, and 5-fluorouracil 300mg/m^2 ＋ Leucovorin 200mg d1-5 repeated every 3 weeks, and the clinical response was assessed after three cycle. Results It shows that objective response rate was observed CR4, PR33, NCI9, PDS. An overall effective rate of gastric carcinoma 55.9% colon carcinoma 68.7% rectal carcinoma 50. 0%. The main side effects inclued bone marrow suppression, mucositis, sensory neuritis, et al. Conclusion Oxaliplatin plus 5-fluorouracil, Leucovorin is effective for advanced gastrointestinal carcinoma and toxicities are well tolerated.
