摘　　要：中国曾经是全球最大的小麦进口国,上世纪90年代中期以前,中国平均每年小麦进口数量超过600万吨,90年代中后期,中国逐步退出了世界主要小麦进口国的行列。近来,随着国内面粉产业的发展,市场对高档面粉的需求不断增加,国产小麦不能完全满足面粉加工企业对于高品质原料的需求,中国市场对于特殊品质,特别是中国自身不能生产的进口小麦存在一定的依赖。China was the biggest importer of wheat in the world, before the mid 1990s the average annual import of wheat in China exceeded 6 million tons, in the mid-late 1990s China retreated from the list of major wheat importers in the world gradually. Lately as the flour industry develops in China, the market demand for top grade flour rises continuously. Chinese wheat can＇t meet all the flour processing enterprises＇ demands for top grade raw inatelials, The market begins to rely on import for special wheat, esp. those that China does not produce.
