摘 要:采用人工配置镉污染土壤、塑料盘种植小麦及笼中喂养中华稻蝗的方法,研究了重金属镉在中华稻蝗不同体段和器官(头部、胸部、腹部、消化道、后足、精巢以及卵巢)的累积状况。供试中华稻蝗以生长于镉浓度为0、15、30、45、60、75、90mg·kg-1土壤中的小麦为食,小麦叶片中重金属镉的含量依次为0.36、12.95、19.89、21.95、22.91、26.68、27.96mg·kg-1。镉通过食物链进入中华稻蝗体内。结果表明,土壤中的镉可以通过小麦进入中华稻蝗体内。对于雄性与雌性中华稻蝗,在上述不同体段中,以消化道的累积浓度最高,在不同浓度下累积浓度依次为:雄性0.97、5.74、18.90、16.67、49.70、35.80、27.70mg·kg-1;雌性0.70、5.68、27.10、23.98、49.75、40.14、83.21mg·kg-1;均在后足的累积浓度最低,依次为:雄性0.09、0.12、0.30、0.25、0.23、0.09、0.88mg·kg-1;雌性0.04、0.10、0.33、0.46、0.21、0.15、0.61mg·kg-1。对于空白组,在相同体段雄性的累积浓度高于雌性;对于处理组,同一浓度相同体段,雌性的累积浓度高于雄性。In the ecosystem, the cadmium concentrations in wheat seedlings rise slightly with the increasing of cadmium in the soil. Cadmium entered the body through food chain, and was accumulated in the different body parts of Oxya chinensis. This present paper studied the concentrations of cadmium in different body parts of Oxya chinensis. Fourth-instar nymphs of Oxya chinensis was fed on wheat seedlings which cultivated in soil treated by various cadmium amount. The cadmium concentrations of the soil were: 0,15,30,45 、60、75、90 mg·kg^ -1 The corresponding cadmium concentrations of the wheat seedlings were:0.36,12.95、19.89,21.95,22.91,26.68,27.96 mg·kg^-1 . Under these treatments, the highest cadmium concentrations were found in digestive tract of Oxya chinensis : 0.97,5.74,18.90,16.67,49.70,35.80, 27.70mg·kg^-1 for male, and: 0.70,5.68,27.10,23.98,49.75,40.14、83.21mg·kg^-1 for female. The cadmium concentrations in hind femur were the lowest: 0.09,0.12,0.30,0.25 、0.23,0.09,0.88 mg·kg^-1 for male, and 0.04,0.10,0.33,0.46、0.21,0;15,0.61 mg·kg^-1 for female. Cadmium concentration of some body part of male in the control was higher than that of female. While in the treatment groups, Cadmium concentration of some body part of female Oxya chinensis was higher that of male. The results indicate that cadmium can be accumulated from the soil to Oxya chinensis through the plant.
