摘  要:根据河流水动力学原理,用圣维南(Saint-Venanf)方程组模拟大宁河回水区的水动力条件,并利用现场监测结果进行曲线估计,建立了流速与藻类生长关系模型,初步研究了三峡水库蓄水初期大宁河回水区流速与藻类生长的相关关系。结论如下:①利用大宁河回水区现场监测结果对流速与藻类生长关系进行曲线估计,可以得到三次曲线拟合方程为:y=34.042-293.725u+821.265u2-603.45u3。②在气候条件和营养盐条件适宜的情况下,流速与藻类浓度之间的Pearson相关系数为-0.723,双尾检验的概率值为0.043,大宁河回水区流速与藻类呈显著的负相关关系,流速成为主要的限制因子,大宁河回水区河段的藻类浓度有随流速减小而增高的趋势,反之亦然。The study on correlation between flow velocity and algae was carried out along Darling river' s backwater region, one of representative tributary of Three Gorges reservoir. Nine local monitoring sections were located from conflux to Dachang Nanmen. Simultaneously, flow velocity values were measured three times at each section from left to right and chlorophyll a was extracted and measured according to the procedures of UNESCO' S spectrometer methods. Based on the theory fluvial hydrodynamic, the hydrodynamic condition at the backwater reach of Daning river was simulated by Saint-Venanf equation and also estimated with curve by using local observed results. A cubic curve model about flow velocity and algae was established The results showed that flow velocity at Dachang Nanmen was 0.87 m· s^-1, slowed down to 0.098 m· s^-1 at Maduhekou and 0.025 m· s^-1 at downstream Longmen bridge, but went up to 0.55 m · s^-1 at conflux section.On the contrary, the concentration of chlorophyll a was 2.75 mg· L^-1, 11.70 mg· L^-1 29.80 mg· L^-1 and 20.50 mg· L^-1 at Dachang Nanmen, Maduhekou, downstream Longmen bridge and conflux section, respectively. The cubic curve model about flow velocity and algae was as follow: y=34.042-293.725u+ 821.265u2-603.45u3. There existed a significantly negative correlation between flow velocity and the concentration of algae under suitable climatic and nutritious conditions, with the Pearson correlation coefficient being -0.723 (p=0.043). Flow velocity was the most limiting factor, and the concentration of algae increased with the decrease of flow velocity along backwater reach of Darling river.
