摘　　要：目的探讨治疗上睑下垂的有效方法。方法对20例28眼肌力<3mm的重症上睑下垂患者行提上睑肌缩短联合上横韧带悬吊术,缩短提上睑肌约20mm,上横韧带前徙至睑板中上1/3位置。结果随访2年,治愈24眼,治愈率85.72%。结论提上睑肌缩短联合上横韧带悬吊术治疗重症上睑下垂与传统方法相比可以取长补短,方法更加简捷有效。Objective To explore effective method in treatment of severe congenital ptosis.Methods The 20 cases （28 eyes） with severe congenital ptosis received modified procedure of levator muscle shortening and superior transverse ligament suspension.About 20mm of levator muscle was shorted and superior transverse ligament was suspended to palpebra.Results After followed-up of 0.5-2 years,24 eyes （85.72%） obtained satisfactory clinical effect.Conclusion Compared with methods of traditional surgery, modified levator muscle shortness combine superior transverse ligament suspension not only can make up for other＇s deficiencies but also has advantages of functional and a esthetics correcting effect.
