摘 要:“外包”是风靡全球企业界的一种战略调整工具,发展势头强劲。中国客车制造企业近年来掀起了引进业务外包的热潮。“外包”对企业降低成本、分散风险、强化核心竞争力等方面起到很大作用。文章分析了引进业务外包给客车制造企业带来的效益,探讨了业务外包带来的问题,提出了解决这些问题的措施与建议。At present, outsourcing is a global rapidly developing strategic alignment tool. The manufacturing company of bus in China has raised the upsurge of introducing the outsourcing in recent years. It contributes to the enterprises in many aspects, such as reducing cost, dispersing risk and reinforcing core competition power.. This paper analyses that the bus company has gained profit through introducing the outsourcing, inquires into some problems of outsourcing, and puts forward some mea sures and suggestions to solving these questions.
