浅谈大学生竞争道德规范的内容及养成

摘　　要：目前,有些大学生对遵守竞争道德规范的意识不强,出现了“不良竞争”心理和行为,因此,对大学生进行竞争道德规范教育很有必要。大学生必须遵守诚实守信、集体主义、公正平等、互相协作、奖优罚劣的竞争道德规范的内容。培养大学生自觉遵守竞争道德规范应开展竞争道德规范的实践活动,积极营造诚信氛围,规范竞争的激励机制,加强对大学生竞争道德规范建设的指导。Nowadays abnormal ＂malignant competition＂ occurs among some college students due to their unawareness of ethics in competition. As a result, there is urgent necessity in reinforcing the education of that. This paper holds that students should abide to rules such as integrity, team work, justice, cooperation and encouraging the good and punishing the bad while schools should design practical activities, create atmosphere of honesty and creditworthiness, set restrictions on incentive system and strengthen the guidance for the construction of ethnics in competition.
